ð Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "Cry Out To Jesus" by Third Day. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!Â
â€Â Daily Verse: The humble will see their God at work and be glad. Let all who seek Godâs help be encouraged. For the Lord hears the cries of the needy; he does not despise his imprisoned people.
â Psalms 69:32â-â¬33 NLT
ð Let's Talk About It: I just love this verse. Every sentence reminds us that Jesus is for us and He is listening.
As the song says, we can cry out to Jesus. Whether we're a widow, an addict, helpless, weary, broken hearted, orphaned, imprisoned, or lonely there is One who understands our plight.
If anyone knows what it feels like to be ashamed, it's Him. This is why not matter what we face, He is compassionate - because He bore the brunt of abuse that each of us encounter in various ways throughout our own lives.
Be encouraged today friend, even in the midst of whatever extenuating circumstance you face, that God hears you. Jesus is for you, not against you. He does not despise you, but loves you with an everlasting love! Hallelujah!
ð Prayer: Dear God, thank you for not leaving me to die in my own shame and guilt. Thank you for sending your son Jesus to die in my place so that I can spend eternity with you. Father, long before I knew my worth, you saw me as worthy. And long before I believed I could be used to bring you glory, you were working through me and in me. Thank you for not giving up on me, even after I did. I love you God! Thank you for your precious Holy Spirit that encourages me day in and day out. Thank you for your powerful anointing that flows in and through me. Lord, my life is yours. May it bring you glory now and forevermore and may Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
