💚 Let's Talk About It: Did you catch that? Our reward for trusting the Lord is that He stays close to us. WOW!

See, we are used to worldly currency.💵💸
But the currency of heaven is faith!

So, our trust in God and our faith in His willingness to keep His Word moves His heart to action.

Think about when a child is in trouble. How apt are you to punish your child when they tell the truth as opposed to lying. The faith and trust they have in your relationship, and their willingness to be honest moved your heart to compassion. Likewise, when they lie or they to pass off the blame it becomes infuriating.

I have to imagine that while our blindness to sin may not infuriate Him in all cases, we know it causes division. It also hinders our relationship and may even cause us to become distracted.

Today, friend, I just want you to be encouraged that God is on your side, that He loves you, and that He is always close!

💜 Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for your unfailing love and for the fact that you never leave me but are always by my side. Thank you for my angels and for all the wisdom you give me each day. Thank you for my friends and family and thank you for always providing. Help me to remember that faith is the currency I need to focus on, not worldly currencies. I thank you Jesus, for your sacrifice and thank you Holy Spirit for your guidance. Please help me to be a blessing to someone today, Lord, and may Your will be done. I love you Jesus and in your name I pray, amen.
