❤ Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "Knock Me Down" by We Are Messengers. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!
💚 Daily Verse: Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.” ) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
☆ Romans 8:35-39 NLT
💜 Let's Talk About It: As the song says, nothing can knock the believer down, and nothing can separate him or her from the love of God as well!
God gives us a long laundry list of things that CANNOT come between His love for us.
Praise God! No matter what, God loves us. As sinners. As saints. Rich or poor. Fed or hungry. Grieved and/or lonely. No matter what, we are loved!
I don't know about you, but I believe love is something each and every one of yearns for, and no one, not one person, not even your mama, can love you more than Christ loves you!
It is an all-encompassing, all-consuming love that He has for each of us.
💛 Prayer: Father, thank you for always loving me. Thank you Christ, for laying your life down so that I could come to know you intimately and walk with you throughout life. Thank you, Jesus for saving me and for giving me the strength to continually pursue holiness. Your ways are higher and I surrender my life to you, Lord. Teach me to love as you love so that I may see the value in every single life I have the honor to speak life into. Help me to continually walk in the spirit and share the Gospel with boldness and love. I love you Jesus and in your name I pray, amen.
