💜 Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "Love Broke Through" by Toby Mac. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!

🧡 Daily Verse: Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
☆ 1 John 4:7‭-‬8 NLT

💚 Let's Talk About It: Many of us view love as an emotion. We do not understand that it is actually an action.

Love takes action. It exudes action. One cannot love another without taking action. It begins with a conversation that turns into a temptation that turns into exhilaration that turns into adoration that turns into hands being held, hugs being shared, and intimacy that is to only be shared with a covenant partner.

I used those terms "covenant partner" purposefully. The knowledge and true understanding of marriage has been lost for generations now. In order for you to grasp the full scope of love, you must be covenant minded.

Covenant does not take a back seat to anything. It is everything. And it isn't a contract that is merely signed with pen and paper. It is an act that demands such a level of sanctity and reverence in and of itself that it cannot be thrown away like the trash.

Covenant is what we lean upon when the going gets rough. The covenant Christ made on our behalf is the greatest act of love the universe has ever seen! It exudes selflessness and embodies an emptying of oneself for another. Giving everything for the other.

Covenant is love. Christ is love. God is love.

❤ Prayer: Lord Jesus. Thank you for breaking through every ounce of sin in my.life and pulling me put of the darkness. Thank you for placing me on a form.foundation, for reaching into the pit and pulling me up. Thank you, Father, for an amazing love that is unrelenting in pursuit and uncategorizable. Your love, God, is mindbendingly awesome. Teach me how to love selflessly, Jesus. I love you, Father, in Jesus name I pray, amen.
