❤ Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "Good Grace" by Hillsong United. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!
💛 Daily Verse: God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.
☆ 1 John 4:9-11 NLT
💙 Let's Talk About It: This is one of the commandments Jesus gives us before His crucifixion, to love each other. He exemplifies this on the cross by ensuring His mother is taken care of by his beloved disciple and for her to reciprocate such with John.
Even while on the Cross, Christ loved us so much that He asked our Father to forgive those who know not what they do; to forgive each of us.
What a great sacrifice He gave for each of us and what a rather simplistic commandment He gave to us, to love each other.
Today, friend, as the song days, "let the praise go up as the walls come down."
❤ Prayer: Dear God, I am so grateful to be considered your child. You are a good and faithful Father. You are amazing and so gracious. Thank you Jesus, for dying on the cross so I can be saved. Thank you Lord, for helping me love others how you love me. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for guiding me each and every day. May your will be done, God, on earth as it is in heaven. Thank you for grace God, for love, for faith, and for each and every gift from above. I love you Jesus, and in your name I pray, amen.
