Daily Devotional ~ Walk By Faith
💙 Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "Faith" by Jordan Feliz.
🧡 Daily Verse: Then Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God.
☆Mark 11:22 NLT
♥️ Let's Talk About It: Seems easy enough, right? All we need to do is walk by faith. The verse we're discussing today precedes the famous verse about how we can move mountains if we have faith of a mustard seed.
All it takes is a little bit. This is because God's power is exponential. Many of us didn't really understand the meaning of this word "exponential" until covid-19 became a problem in the US.
Now the word is used to help people gain a greater understanding of how quickly this virus grows.
However, this virus doesn't have anything on God's exponential power!
Are you worried about finances? Start praising in faith that it's already been handled.
Are you worried about teaching your children at home? Start praising God that He's allowed you the opportunity to have more time with your kids.
Are you anxious about when you can return to work? Start thanking him for the breakthrough He's bringing to your career.
Faith is explained as the substance of things NOT SEEN, but hoped for.
What are you hoping for today? What's stopping you from walking in faith and believing God's got that waiting for you on the other side of this valley, high up on the mountaintop?
And to those that feel like no one understands what you're facing today, please be sure you go read the additional reading in it's entirety. Let Jesus help you increase your faith today!

💜 Prayer: Dear God, the Almighty Father of Creation, we worship YOU today Lord. Thank you for giving us another beautiful day. Thank you for helping us live your truth and walk by faith today, and everyday. Thank you Lord Jesus, for your strength. Lord, sometimes I feel like I can't keep going, but you always show up to offer me comfort. Thank you for never leaving me nor forsaking me. Forgive me for worrying, for being anxious, for being fearful, and for not walking by faith. Help me, Lord, remember that YOU are my portion; YOU are what sustains me. I believe Lord, but help me unbelief. I love you Jesus, and I thank you for the good work you are doing in my life. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
