💛 Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "I Need A Ghost" by Brandon Lake. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!

💚 Daily Verse: Then Jesus returned to Galilee, filled with the Holy Spirit’s power. Reports about him spread quickly through the whole region. He taught regularly in their synagogues and was praised by everyone.
☆ Luke 4:14‭-‬15 NLT

💙 Let's Talk About It: Today's verse showcases just some of the works of the Holy Spirit during the time of Jesus' ministry.

First and foremost we must understand the Holy Spirit had a valuable role in the incarnation of Christ.

Not only did the Holy Spirit help Him teach, but we must understand that every parable was inspired.

But the Holy Spirit helped Jesus do more than teach. He also assisted in the miracles.

In addition to miracles, the Holy Spirit also assisted Christ in exorcism. Jesus admits this Himself in Matthew 12:28 when He says, "But if I am casting out demons by the Spirit of God, then the Kingdom of God has arrived among you."

It is clear then, that the Holy Spirit has always been at work, even in the life of Christ.

❤ Prayer: Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus and Your Holy Spirit. Thank You for the unconditional love You show me daily. I do not deserve it, Father God, yet Your faithfulness is always present. Though my eyes may perceive some of the things that happen to me as bad, my heart and spirit knows it is not. For You are always in control and scripture tells me that You are for me and ALL things work for the good of those who love You. I humbly ask, in Jesus name, for Your Holy Spirit to guide my works, my actions, and my labors so that I may not cause grief to fall upon Him but that in all I do, I bring honor, praise, and glory to You.Thank You for never leaving me, even in the valley when darkness seems to surround me. I love You Abba. In Jesus name I give thanks, Amen.
