đ Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "You Make Me Brave" by Bethel Music. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!
đ Daily Verse:Â So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lordâwho is the Spiritâmakes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.
â 2 Corinthians 3:18 NLT
đ Let's Talk About It:Â Glorification is a theological term meaning that the Holy Spirit's work has been perfected in us. It is always happening during the process of sanctification, however many believe that once we pass in this life and enter into eternity to see the Lord face to face, it is then that we will be glorified.
While sanctification is the continuance of salvation, glorification is the completion of salvation.
Speaking of salvation, the majority of our entries on the Holy Spirit for the rest of the month will speak about how He ensures we each stay saved. Jesus speaks about none will be taken from His hand that are given to Him (John 10:28-30). It is through the work of the Holy Spirit this is possible.
There are steps to the salvation process and hopefully, as we look deeper at each one, we will better understand the timeless work the Holy Spirit is accomplishing in each of us every day.
⤠Prayer: Dear Lord, there are none like You. I am so grateful that You have chosen me and predestined me to be Your child before I was even born, before You even created the world. Lord, I am thankful that I am made in Your image and I am especially grateful that You intercede on my behalf day and night. I am thankful for my gift of salvation and I give You praise God, for what You are doing in and through my life. May You be glorified God. Help me to love others as you love me. I pray Your will be done, God. I love You Jesus and in Your name I pray, amen.
