Worship: If you'd like to play a song before you begin or while you read, may we recommend "The Proof of Your Love" by For King & Country. Why not try asking alexa, siri, or google to play it for you?!

Daily Verse: Your every action must be done with love.
☆ 1 Corinthians 16:14 HCSB

Let's Talk About It: Do you know you were created to love? Yeah, we adults complicate life so much, especially when we come to realize the only reason we really exist is to love; love God and one another.

Paul instructs us that our EVERY action be done with love. Every...action.

That's can be hard for some of our brothers and sisters. At some point after being saved, they forget their role is to love, and they begin to judge, which leads to condemnation, and eventually a radically religious mindset; one in which they place following God's law over loving our neighbor.

What some of our brothers and sisters fail to realize is that when we do everything with love, we don't need to correct someone else's behavior. It's the Holy Spirit's job to convict. It's God's power that saves. We are merely messengers...and we are supposed to be messengers of love.

Listen friend, it's easy to get caught up in the rules of man. It's very easy to cling to a religious mindset. We can look at the entire Old Testament as Gentiles and see that the Jews had as much a difficult time as we do with this. But it doesn't have to be that way.

You have a choice today. Will you do everything with love? Or will you fall for the lie that it is your duty to be the finger that points out the flaw of every individual God has placed in your circle? Criticism doesn't cover a multitude of sins. Love does that.

Additional Verse: “Do not judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with the judgment you use, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but don’t notice the log in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and look, there’s a log in your eye? Hypocrite! First take the log out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.
☆ Matthew 7:1‭-‬5 HCSB

Prayer: Father, thank you for today. Thank you for this word. It is so easy for me to forget that the gift of freedom I have through grace by your blood, Jesus. Help me to remember that it is a gift, and as a recipient of such, I am not to judge my fellow man, but rather, love him. Help me take the log out of my own eye by searching my heart, Jesus. I want to see the world the way you see the world. I want to love people the way you love people. Help me to be your hands and feet today. Thank you, Lord, for allowing me to be a blessing. It is such an honor to be called according to your purpose. Help me to remember this as I love on people today, and every day. I love you Jesus and in your name I pray your will be done Father, amen.
